By accessing or using Talent Systems AI (“Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Platform.

Description of Service

Talent Systems AI connects domain experts (“Evaluators”) with companies (“Clients”) who need specialized evaluation services for AI model training and improvement. The Platform facilitates these connections and provides tools for managing evaluation projects.

User Accounts

Registration

To use certain features of the Platform, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

For Evaluators

Qualifications

You represent and warrant that you possess the professional qualifications, credentials, and expertise you claim in your application and profile.

Evaluation Standards

You agree to:

• Provide honest, accurate, and thoughtful evaluations
• Meet quality standards and deadlines
• Maintain confidentiality of evaluation materials
• Not share or reuse evaluation content outside the Platform

Payment

Evaluators will be compensated according to agreed-upon rates for completed evaluations that meet quality standards. Payments are processed bi-weekly via direct deposit or other agreed-upon methods.

For Clients

Evaluation Requests

Clients agree to provide clear, appropriate evaluation tasks and materials. Evaluation requests must not contain illegal, offensive, or inappropriate content.

Payment

Clients agree to pay for completed evaluations according to agreed-upon pricing. Payment is due upon completion of evaluations unless other arrangements have been made.

Intellectual Property

The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Talent Systems AI and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Evaluation Content

Clients retain ownership of their evaluation materials. Evaluators grant Clients and Talent Systems AI a license to use their evaluation responses for the purposes of AI model training and improvement.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Transmit harmful code or malware
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation
• Collect or harvest user data without consent

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Talent Systems AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Platform.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Talent Systems AI from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of the Platform.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes. Your continued use of the Platform after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
